About The Position

Isos is looking for an energetic, strategic, and relationship driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner leader who thrives on building trusted connections both internally and externally, and who brings a growth oriented mindset to expanding ecosystem impact and driving measurable business outcomes. The Partner Manager at Isos Technology is responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships that expand market reach, strengthen service offerings, and accelerate mutual growth. This role owns the end-to-end partner lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new partners to enabling long term, high impact relationships rooted in shared value, accountability, and performance. Serving as the primary liaison between Isos Technology and its partner ecosystem, the Partner Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Strategic Advisory, and Consulting/Delivery teams to integrate partners into go-to-market motions and service delivery models. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful co-selling, joint marketing initiatives, and aligned partner execution that supports client outcomes and company growth. This position is ideal for someone who can balance strategic partnership development with hands-on execution, operating confidently across multiple stakeholders while helping Isos deepen and scale its partner-driven business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel programs within a technology, SaaS, or professional services organization
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across partner organizations and internal teams, including senior and executive leaders
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and translate them into measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution

Nice To Haves

  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Partners, and Operations to support customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, ecosystems, or similar collaboration and work management tools.
  • Working with organizations that supported a solutions approach and consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement
  • Build trusted relationships across partner organizations, from day-to-day contributors to executive stakeholders
  • Foster ongoing collaboration, accountability, and alignment to support long-term partnership success
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Isos Technology’s business objectives and growth plans
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that enhance market expansion and service capabilities
  • Monitor partner performance and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations and continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate partners into Isos go-to-market motions and service delivery models
  • Enable internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and clarity needed to successfully engage and deliver with partners
  • Support joint initiatives such as co-selling, marketing efforts, and integrated offerings
