Our Partner Growth and Development Manager will be responsible for leading the acquisition and expansion of strategic partners to drive growth and revenue. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both signing new strategic partners and growing existing partnerships to drive adoption, transaction volume, and revenue. This role works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for our SMB and Enterprise channels, build go-to-market initiatives, and ensure long-term partner success. Your goal is to increase partner opportunity, performance, strengthen collaboration, and align partner activities with our company’s strategic objectives. Additionally, to help support your efforts, you will have access to a robust, state-of-the-art tech stack including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Crayon designed to support prospecting, competitive analysis, and strategic engagement.
