Partner Ecosystem Manager

AvocaNew York, NY

About The Position

We’re hiring a Partner Ecosystem Manager to scale Avoca’s partnerships function into a repeatable, measurable growth engine. This role owns the operational, activation, and enablement layer of partnerships. You’ll ensure partners are onboarded, engaged, activated, and driving real pipeline and revenue. You’ll take execution end-to-end so our partnerships leadership can focus on deepening top partners, unlocking new channels, and accelerating partner-led ARR. This is not a passive operations role. You’ll sit at the center of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, turning relationships into shipped campaigns, accurate attribution, and clear revenue impact. If you thrive on structure, love owning execution, and want to help build a best-in-class partner ecosystem from the ground up, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem, growth marketing, alliances, RevOps, or similar roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to run execution-heavy initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking
  • Excitement to work in-office full time in NYC (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational foundation of Avoca’s partnerships ecosystem, including partner onboarding, lifecycle management, engagement cadence, and accountability
  • Maintain a centralized partner system of record, tracking tiers, partner types, lifecycle stage, referrals, ARR influence, and performance
  • Ensure referral flows, landing pages, UTMs, and attribution are accurate and usable, and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue end-to-end
  • Partner closely with RevOps to build and maintain dashboards that surface partner performance, campaign impact, and ROI
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and partner activations, including setup, execution, follow-up, and measurement
  • Support partner conferences and events, including calendar management, RevOps prep, partner meetings, and select on-site attendance
  • Build, maintain, and distribute partner enablement materials in collaboration with Marketing, keeping assets current as the product evolves
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support partner-led deals, campaigns, and integrations
