We’re hiring a Partner Ecosystem Manager to scale Avoca’s partnerships function into a repeatable, measurable growth engine. This role owns the operational, activation, and enablement layer of partnerships. You’ll ensure partners are onboarded, engaged, activated, and driving real pipeline and revenue. You’ll take execution end-to-end so our partnerships leadership can focus on deepening top partners, unlocking new channels, and accelerating partner-led ARR. This is not a passive operations role. You’ll sit at the center of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, turning relationships into shipped campaigns, accurate attribution, and clear revenue impact.
