Zoom is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Enablement Manager to design, build, and scale learning programs that power the success of our Partner Success team and the partners they enable. This role will own the end-to-end enablement motion for Partner Success—creating structured onboarding, continuous learning, certification paths, and playbooks that ensure consistent, high-quality partner-led customer outcomes. You will work closely with Partner Success Managers, Partner Programs, Product, Sales Enablement, and Global Customer Success to translate strategy into scalable learning experiences. Your mission is to ensure every Partner Success Manager—and every enabled partner—has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
