The Opportunity As part of the Partner Affairs Policy, Strategy, and Leadership team, you will drive the strategy and execution of the partner talent lifecycle. As a director supporting our Advisory, Assurance and Tax businesses, you will set strategic direction and support the business, making impactful decisions across multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders.
