We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Partner Account Executive to join our Partner Sales organization. In this role, you will drive meaningful revenue growth by engaging and developing strategic partnerships, executing against joint business plans, and leveraging our broad portfolio of products and services. You are a proactive, consultative seller who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and translating partner needs into mutually profitable solutions. You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver sustained, measurable growth. This role focuses on developing, managing, and growing long-term strategic partnerships . You will directly engage with partners, connect with executive decision-makers, position the right technology portfolio, and present compelling value propositions. You will negotiate commercial terms, oversee reporting and invoicing, manage partner satisfaction, and be accountable for account growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing – both within Gen and across our partner organizations.
