As a Part-Time Weekend RN at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will be expected to deliver compassionate and high-quality care to our residents during your shifts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and documenting care plans, all while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that each resident’s needs are met effectively and empathetically. Your expected schedule will focus on weekends, with shifts running either from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This allows for continuity of care, as you will develop strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.
