About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional clinical team in Fairfield County, CT for weekend shifts.
As an Affirmed RN, you’ll provide individualized skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Our weekend cases offer the ability to focus entirely on your patient—without the fast-paced demands of a facility setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred)
• Active Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
