Requirements

Ideally, you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Tech, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited university
Graduation date of May 2028 later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work during 16-20 hours/weekly during the academic year
Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hour/ weekly
Must be able to commute to the work location as needed. Note: (Relocation assistance is not provided)
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Excel.
Ability to work in cross-function groups and a team environment.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Develop, monitor, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure that products meet established quality standards and customer requirements throughout the production and delivery processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
