The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Requirements

  • Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or another business degree; others may apply.
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university/college
  • Graduation date of December 2027 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Available to work 16-20 hours a week during the academic year
  • Available to work 30-40 hours a week during the summer semester
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to commute to the designated work location in Waterloo, IA, on a (regular/daily) NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Power BI, VBA, Tableau, Alteryx, or other business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Explores new analytical problems and develop creative solutions using data and analytics.
  • Ingests, evaluates, and prepares data for use in dashboards and solutions.
  • Creates analysis tools and dynamic visualizations to accelerate insight generation for our customers.
  • Maintains and monitors data in business software (SAP), to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Communicates findings and methodologies to stakeholders at multiple levels.
