Our part-time careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The role focuses on creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by selling AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
