About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers and HR to attract qualified candidates and ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding experience. Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Coordinate new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and paperwork Manage Fingerprint and badge process with the Security Office at the ATL Airport Ensure completion of I-9s, W-4s, and required documents in compliance with federal and state laws Schedule orientations and first-day logistics Maintain accurate records in ATS/HR systems Qualifications: 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred Knowledge of hiring and onboarding best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines Experience with ATS/HR systems preferred Schedule: Part-time hours (flexible schedule) On-site at the ATL Airport More Requirements/Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding.
