About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, reputable bank in Little Rock to identify a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, takes pride in great customer service, and can efficiently manage front-office responsibilities. Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week , Monday through Friday (midday schedule preferred).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a banking environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier service coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist internal staff with clerical needs and ensure smooth daily office operations.
