About The Position

Provide student support by assisting with access to services, supervising lunch periods, and performing other duties as assigned to maintain a safe and positive school environment. Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
CPR/First Aid certified (preferred; willing to be provided training)
Selected candidate will be required to complete LARA fingerprinting and have LARA clearance prior to start date
Proven organization and time management skills
Dependable Attendance
Ability to explain curriculum expectations following directive from teacher
Ability to work professionally with staff, students, parents and other providers
Ability to provide positive guidance to students in a manner that communicates dignity and respect
Basic understanding of technology
Ability to assist with personal care needs
Able to sit, stand, bend, and walk frequently
Some lifting may be required
Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral management techniques
