Lotlinx is in search of a Part-Time Office Manager to work in our beautiful downtown Chandler location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • A customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office spaces through daily walkthroughs, de-cluttering, and ensuring cleanliness (e.g., trash, recycling, coffee pots, dishwashers).
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and beverages.
  • Coordinate bulk supply orders (e.g., Costco) in collaboration with designated team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, facility services, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Track, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office records, including filing systems and internal databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Ensure all visitors (interview candidates, team members, executives, vendors, etc.) are greeted positively and promptly.
  • Assist in planning and executing office events, meetings, and team-building initiatives.
  • Implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee well-being.
  • Provide insights on office dynamics and address concerns as they arise.
