About The Position

We are seeking a part time Office Manager. The Office Manager will provide adminstrative support to our San Diego team and manage office operations. The Office Manager will have regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders. This person must have a high level of customer service, attention to detail and communciation skills.

Requirements

  • Works well autonomously and able to multitask
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-rounded personality

  • A degree from a four-year university preferred

Responsibilities

  • All office management and administrative activities
  • Event planning and execution
  • Travel communication and coordination
  • New hire training schedule maintenance
  • Onboarding of new employees and processing all paperwork
  • Collaboration with all teams to support company operations
  • Various executive assistant responsibilities
