About The Position

As the Part-Time Office Manager at 16 On Center HQ, you will support the day-to-day operations of our office environment. This role is scheduled three days per week, Monday through Wednesday, for approximately 24 hours per week, and is fully in-office during regular business hours. This position focuses on core administrative and office support responsibilities and works closely with internal teams to support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Comfortable working a part-time, in-office schedule (Monday–Wednesday).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative functions such as mail distribution, general inboxes, inquiries, and office coordination.
  • Manage the reception area, greet guests and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and are taken care of during their visit.
  • Open and close the office on assigned days and help maintain organization and cleanliness across common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen spaces.
  • Coordinate office catering, including set-up and clean-up as needed.
  • Track and assist with maintenance and repair requests to support a functional office environment.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, paper products, kitchen supplies, and amenities.
  • Assist with tracking office-related budgets, including supplies, catering, and amenities.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
  • Support executive leadership with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.
