About The Position

IST Management is seeking an Entry Level Office Admin. to support our (2) clients in Charlotte, NC. This position is part time - on call with no fixed schedule. Candidate must be flexible and be willing to come in on short notice at times, and be able to work at least 10-16 days per month. Ideal candidates will be customer service focused and professional and be able to have fun at work. In this role, you will help with hospitality, setting up food/drinks for meetings, delivering mail/packages, filling copiers with paper and more! Great for retired person!! Location: Charlotte, NC - FREE Parking Schedule: Be available - Monday - Friday 7am-5pm - Be able to work 8-12 days per month - must be on time and in attendance for entire shift Compensation: $15.00-$15.00 - Could lead to a FT position if wanted Who We Are IST Management is a business process outsourcing and e-Discovery company. Requirements

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Be dependable - reliable
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance - reliable; ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Have valid DL

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience working in a professional office or copy/mail center a HUGE plus
  • Able to lift 55lbs

Responsibilities

  • Operating mailing, copy, printing, and scanning equipment
  • Be trained to hand out security badges to staff at reception desk
  • Set up for events and meetings - Having hospitality experience a huge plus!
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Be able to lift 25lbs occationaly
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Be dependable and reliable
