About The Position

Associa is hiring a Part Time Office Assistant for their corporate office in Chantilly, VA. Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm. Daily responsibilities: Receive and sort mail. Open and review mail. Scan and file documents. Upload documents. Data entry. Manage and respond to emails. Communicate with multiple staff members in-person and by phone. Other duties as requested. Pay rate: $14-$15.30 an hour.

Requirements

  • 6 months + experience working in an office environment.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multi task.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
