Requirements

  • Prior Administrative assistant experience needed
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be friendly, a team player, easy to get along with

Nice To Haves

  • Bookkeeping experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to all office staff
  • Greeting clients, answering telephones
  • Preparing and collating client materials and assembling tax returns
  • Billing and cash receipts processing and reporting
  • Document management
  • Maintaining and ordering supplies
  • Other general office duties
