Requirements

In-Office
At least two years of broadcast or video experience. Must demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure in a live television broadcast environment.
Must have developed and displayed responsible work habits with minimal supervision. Work shifts can include overnights, weekends and holidays.
Technical Skills: television equipment operation experience, automation systems, disk-based video servers, satellite controllers, video waveform and vectorscopes, master control switching and routing systems.
Proficiency with personal computers using word processing and database software a must.

Responsibilities

Broadcast Operations including setting up, controlling and monitoring television broadcast equipment to transmit programs and commercials to the viewing audience
On-air switching, dubbing, and transferring programs
Gathering satellite feeds for broadcast use
Support the production of newscasts and other live or taped programming for television and multi-platform use
Other duties, as assigned.
