ARL's Supply Chain Department is looking for a self-disciplined, highly motivated, and customer service-oriented individual for the role of Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide customer support for the Applied Research Laboratory at the Pennsylvania State University. This position will be responsible for new account setup, resolving account issues, and maintaining active user accounts. ARL/Penn State's purpose is to research and develop innovative solutions to challenging scientific, engineering, and technology problems in support of the Navy, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Intel Community (IC).
