About The Position
The College of Health and Human Development in the Department of Health Policy and Administration is seeking applicants for part-time job of Instructional Designer for the development of a Personal Care Home Administrator course that meets the requirements for the state of Pennsylvania. Job duties to include: Identify target audience’s training needs Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content Develop appropriate assessment measures
Requirements
- Master level degree in health or long-term care services administration.
- Develop educational structures; applies learning science principles to the design of innovative and effective learning experiences
