Requirements
- Active CNA license Please only apply if you have an active license.
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Assists patients with their daily living activities
- Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great
- Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted
- Always maintains patient comfort & safety
- Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team
Benefits
- Pay rate is from $19-23 an hour
- First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement
- Must have morning availability.
