About The Position
Brookestone Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in their homes throughout North Platte and nearby communities. If you're motivated by meaningful work and want to be part of a team that values dignity, respect, and exceptional care, this role may be a great fit. As a Home Health & Hospice CNA, you'll provide hands‑on personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance to individuals who rely on your skill and kindness. You'll work closely with our nursing team and play a vital role in helping patients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Nebraska CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation for home visits in the North Platte area
- Qualified candidates will be certified nursing assistants.
- They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
