Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Required in-person orientation prior to assignment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at the gate
• Monitor and control access to the facility
• Verify identification and authorize entry for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing traffic
• Conduct routine checks of the gate and surrounding area
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
• Enforce post orders and client policies
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers
