Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. B.A in Psychology, Social Work, or any field related to the mental health/social work field given strong preference.
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EHR systems, provider/clinician support, and medical scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients professionally and compassionately.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Collect co-pays and other payments at the time of service and provide receipts.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA at all times.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and welcoming for clients.
  • Scheduling new clients with clinicians.
