Responsibilities include assisting customers with shopping, ensuring a safe, clean, and clutter-free store environment, and completing framing orders with high quality and on time. The role also requires maintaining the ready-made frame department, delivering friendly customer service, supporting shrink and safety programs, participating in truck un-load and stocking processes, operating the cash register, and assisting with Omni channel processes. The team member is expected to adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
