Team Members are expected to engage customers regarding loyalty programs and surveys, assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and support store operations such as inventory optimization, shrink, and safety programs. Adherence to company policies and standards, positive interaction with colleagues, and potentially cross-training in Custom Framing are also key aspects of the position.
