Part Time Field Researcher

Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. What You'll Do: Once every quarter (every 90 days), you'll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
Requirements
- Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance
- Can lift up to 20 lbs and use a map or GPS
- A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
