As a part-time Associate Tech Support Analyst, you will provide first-level support for the retail and corporate environments for hardware and software applications. Requirements

  • One or more years of customer service and/or phone support experience
  • Ability to type approximately 35 WPM while on the phone with the customer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record

Nice To Haves

  • Current or previous Publix retail experience
  • Current or previous experience using Publix Applications (Chaintrack, Supply Chain Work Bench, POS systems, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and log incidents for the calls received.
  • Perform first level problem determination/support via the phone for store/corporate hardware and software application problems.
  • Monitor alerts for hardware and software applications and take appropriate actions.
