About The Position

Our Tampa, FL office has an opening for a part-time Administrative Services Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual who can assist in delivering on internal and external client requests in a fast-paced environment. The individual must demonstrate a working understanding of our business and be able to assist in facilitating the group's objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure the needs of the Tampa office are met. Requirements

  • Highly motivated, organized individual

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals toward a common set of goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions

  • 5 - 6 years of related experience
  • 2 - 3 years of business administration experience
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Satisfactorily complete employment reference checks
  • Verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials
  • A motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • A comprehensive background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Engineering or Environmental Services
  • Familiarity of Deltek desired
  • Deltek database knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative functions of an office in support of project delivery
  • General office and personnel management
  • Ability to create, edit, and format documents
  • Knowledge of computer setup including cabling and monitor connection
  • Facilities, fleet administration, and tracking of certification trainings for EP&P team
  • Support project managers in contract management, document control, draft invoicing
  • Assist team with subcontractors and vendor set-ups
  • Responsible to maintain compliance with company policies
