About The Position

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals, gaining valuable experience in corporate business operations while also building your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Inspect company trucks and equipment according to company standard reporting any discrepancies. Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and individuals. Prepare credit card reconciliation forms accurately and confidentially, as required. Organize, sort, fold, and inventory company apparel (shirts, vests, and other clothing items), maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure timely reordering and distribution. Coordinate and mail materials to company branches as needed. Complete and submit order forms for Land’s End apparel accurately and timely. Maintain and file truck-related documentation, including creating labels, adding new files, and ensuring ongoing organization. Update the company truck list daily, ensuring accuracy and documenting any discrepancies or conflicts identified. Provide front desk (switchboard) coverage during the receptionist’s lunch break, as needed. Act as a back-up for purchasing when the Corporate Services Manager is not available. Qualifications Minimum Education, Training and/or Experience College coursework in business administration, majoring in a field such as accounting. Previous work experience in a corporate or office environment preferred but not required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Part Time position, 20 hours a week, with work hours during the regular business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Travel Some local travel may be expected for this position. Special Requirements Possession of a valid state of residence driver’s license. Requirements
