About The Position

HC Forklift America is seeking a Parts Sales & Account Manager to drive parts sales, manage key customer accounts, and ensureexceptionaservice for dealers and end customers. The ideal candidate will combine deep forklift parts knowledge with strong sales and account management skills, commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability. This role focuses on growing revenue, managing national accounts, and supporting customers with accurate solutions, technical guidance, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in parts sales, account management, or both within the material handling or industrial equipment industry
  • Knowledge of forklift parts, applications, and industry standards
  • Demonstrated success in customer account management and relationship building
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and adherence to company processes
  • Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, channels, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform under targets and pressure while maintaining professionalism and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Hangcha forklifts and dealer networks
  • Experience managing national accounts or large-volume clients
  • Familiarity with material handling market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and market trends

Responsibilities

  • Drive forklift parts sales by identifying opportunities, managing pricing, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of forklift parts, applications, compatibility, and industry standards to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Support dealers and OEM customers with technical advice, troubleshooting, and parts selection
  • Respond to customer complaints and issues, coordinating internally to provide timely resolution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, ERP systems, and data management requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including service, supply chain, and technical support—to meet customer needs
  • Represent HC Forklift America professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Support national account initiatives and contribute to strategic commercial planning
