Requirements

  • At the time of application, applicants must:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, parks and recreation or related field of study.
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in data analysis projects; OR
  • Possess an Associate's degree or equivalent amount of education from an accredited college or university with course work in statistics, database management, data analytics, or website management; AND
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience in related data analysis projects

Responsibilities

  • Use County and department software systems to gather data, monitor performance, and support strategic planning.
  • Analyze and interpret data from POS systems, web analytics, surveys, financial reports, GIS platforms, and external sources.
  • Develop clear and visually compelling reports, charts, dashboards, and graphics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with parks leadership and cross-functional teams to understand analytic needs and provide actionable insights.
