Key Position Details: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period) 8-hour day/evening shifts No weekends Job Description: Provide valet parking and front door guest services for patients, visitors, and guests. Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
  • 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
  • Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Parking Attendant/Valet

Responsibilities

  • Provides Responsive Customer Service. Answers questions about parking, provide directions and assist customer with entering and exiting the hospital entrance.
  • Greets all customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
  • Parking and Retrieving Vehicles. Moves vehicle to appropriate valet parking spot promptly to avoid congestion.
  • Ensures correct documentation on valet tickets.
  • When retrieving vehicle, delivers vehicle to hospital entrance check claim ticket to ensure you're delivering to the right customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.
