About The Position

This position performs various functions in the parking areas to ensure smooth traffic and pedestrian flow in a safe and orderly manner.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.
• Applicants must be 16+ to apply due to the nature of the work being performed, which may involve working on active busy Parking lots.
• Applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) without leaning, squatting, sitting, or using physical supports, as the role requires continuous on-site presence and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Directs the flow of vehicles in and out of the parking areas to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow.
• Maintains an orderly parking area for pedestrians to ensure their safety.
• Uses signals and flashlights to direct the flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
• Sets-up, positions, and removes traffic cones and barricades as directed.
• Maintains assigned position, rotating where needed.
• Reports unsafe parking lot conditions, maintenance deficiencies, signage requirement, safety hazards, or any unusual incidents to supervisor.
• Provides directions and customer service in a courteous manner.
