About The Position

Our Parking and Shuttle Attendants are the first to welcome guests when they arrive and the last to wave goodbye. This team sets the tone for the entire day by ensuring our base areas are safe, organized, and inviting. From maintaining clean and functional parking areas to operating guest shuttles, this role offers a unique opportunity to stay active, work independently, and meet new people every day. Whether you're guiding traffic, driving a shuttle, or answering questions about the mountain, no two days are the same. Requirements

A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout your shift

Responsibilities

Create an organized and welcoming experience for guests by setting up signage, cones, and walkways throughout the base area
Operate guest shuttles between parking lots and the Mountain Village Base Area
Provide helpful, friendly directions and information about Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of parking areas and plazas throughout the day
Accurately collect and manage payments for paid parking areas
Rotate between the Big Sky Resort Base and Madison Base locations as scheduled
Assist with trash pickup and light equipment operations when needed
