Mission:To support parcel delivery operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico by monitoring transport lead times, communicating with carriers and field teams, and ensuring efficient resolution of delivery and return issues. Scope:This position reports to the Logistics Manager, North America, and collaborates with internal departments, field representatives, and external logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, Purolator and 3PL).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics administration or customer service preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Parcel Monitoring and Coordination:
  • Monitor transport lead times and ensure timely parcel deliveries.
  • Track and trace shipments across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
  • Coordinate parcel pickups and returns with carriers and field teams.
  • Communication and Issue Resolution:
  • Serve as a primary contact for inquiries from field representatives and carriers.
  • Manage parcel-related issues, complaints, and claims via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with logistics partners to ensure service quality.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly lead-time and performance reports for all carriers.
  • Conduct shipping evaluations and statistical analyses, primarily using Excel.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and return records.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Process return packages and create return labels as needed.
  • Support logistics documentation and ensure proper filing of carrier correspondence.
