Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- An Associate's Degree or 60 college credits or State/Local ParaPro Assessment test required
- Ability to obtain a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with youth preferred
- Knowledge, skill and or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning the day's activity.
- Assist in identifying area of needs related to the program.
- Assist in the development, planning and implementation of the program.
- Maintain required records and files and perform general clerical duties.
- Assist in providing a safe and supportive environment.
