We are a busy and growing law firm located in Midtown New York, seeking a Family Court Divorce Paralegal with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal in divorce and/or family law
- Familiarity with New York Family Court procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with divorce and family law matters in New York Family Court and Supreme Court
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Prepare documents to court
- Manage case files and maintain deadlines
