Paralegal, Finance (Title and Survey)

You must have significant experience with title & survey review, due diligence review, negotiation of loan documents, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days a week in the office.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent technical writing skills, are essential.
- Prompt responsiveness to meet timing expectations and communicate timing of deliverables.
- Keen attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- The ability to work independently, as well as with a team and with clients.
- Work collaboratively in a strong team environment.
- Intermediate-level skills working with Microsoft Office applications, document management systems and time-keeping software are necessary.
- The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years’ commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender, or other related entity.
- Title, plat, and survey review and experience with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac DUS program or FHA-insured commercial mortgage loans are required.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with title companies and reviewing title, survey, and zoning documents.
- Coordinating post-closing follow up to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements.
