About The Position

Over the past three years, Seven Hills Foundation has been breathing new life into this historic school — expanding programs, welcoming new students, and rebuilding a dedicated team of educators, caregivers, and clinicians who make incredible things possible for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities. As we expand, we’ve been thoughtfully adding new team members and opening new opportunities every step of the way.

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ONE of the following: 3,000+ hours experience working with children or adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting Associate’s or higher degree with 12+ credits in a related field Parent of a child 7+ years old
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with disabilities preferred
• Experience working in a school-setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building
• Implement IEP goals and behavior strategies
• Participate in on and off-campus activities
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists
• Track progress and celebrate student achievements
