This role focuses on salads, cold dishes, and desserts, with some support on fryer items during service. As a scratch kitchen, we take pride in precision, consistency, and presentation—this station plays a key role in both. You’ll work under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
