Most buildings are near Pittsburgh; they extend as far as Beaver, Greensburg, and Morgantown. Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
- Comfortable with heights
- Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, priming, cleaning)
- Familiarity and skill with paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes for interior and exterior surfaces
- Skill in mixing and matching paints to achieve desired colors and finishes
- Repairing drywall, plaster, and wood surfaces
- Servant hearted
- Fast-paced, wanting to finish multiple projects in a day
- Team player who can work independently
- Comfortable working within established processes
- Strong commitment to timely and accurate work
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned painting work orders
- Surface preparation, paint application, paint mixing
- Maintain company equipment and inventory
- Teach others on the team
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
