About The Position
We’re hiring a Painting Estimator to support commercial and industrial painting projects from bid through award. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs, cost analysis, and scope review to deliver competitive and profitable bids.
Requirements
- Experience estimating commercial or industrial painting projects
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel-based tools
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial and industrial painting projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during bid preparation
- Support bid reviews, revisions, and project turnover after award
