POSITION SUMMARY The essence of the painter/primer’s role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard. Hours: M-TH 1:30 PM-12 PM.
Requirements
- Keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate ideas and issues in a timely manner.
- Keep up with LSI’s high-quality standards.
- Work in a team-orientated manner.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read prints.
Nice To Haves
- Previous powder coat experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
- Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
- Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
- Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.
