About The Position

THE HOURS FOR THIS JOB ARE 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM MONDAY - THURSDAY Applications are due by 3/16/2026 - Prepare and mix current production paint lines in gallon cans for both mixing rooms. - Clean and prep mixing rooms each shift - Set up a mixing room with necessary paint/supplies each shift. - Check stock levels of paints and toners, order when necessary - Mix paints per job for Service Parts - Other duties as assigned. - Load and prep parts for booth rotations. - Organize and set up for booth rotation. - Spray parts to color value - Ensure parts are clean, sand and nib any debris between coats. - Follow all paint procedures and refer SDS sheets. - Wear all proper PPE Benefits: We offer benefits for full time employees. The company pays for 75% for employee’s coverage on health & dental insurance, no percentage on vision is company paid. Any additional dependents are 100% out of pocket for the employee. The Company pays 100% of the employees Long Term Disability Insurance. The company pays for 100% of a life insurance plan for $15,000 of coverage.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in sanding
  • Basic understanding of paint process
