About The Position
GENERAL OVERVIEW Paints and maintains the interior and exterior of the hospital. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares, paints, stains, refinishes and maintains hospital premises and furnishings. 60% Moves furniture and other items in order to paint areas. 10% Paint mixing to match all hospital colors. 10% Orients and trains trade employees. Assigns and schedules jobs to be performed in coordination with supervision. (20%) QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of painting experience and the ability to select pre-mixed paints or mix paint to match specific colors required.
