Requirements

  • Media Buying Experience: 4–6 years in Paid Social (Agency experience is mandatory).
  • Managerial Experience: 2+ years of direct people management experience , with a proven track record of developing junior talent.
  • Client Facing Experience: 2-3 years of client facing reporting experience. You should have the ability to communicate and report to the client with confidence and knowledge.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager . You should be comfortable discussing technical nuances like offline conversions, catalog sales, and pixel health.
  • Data Fluency: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel . You must be a "Pivot Table power user" capable of building custom reporting templates and performing deep-dive attribution analysis.
  • Agility: The ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment . You c Can manage 5+ high-spend client accounts simultaneously without losing sight of the details.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Architecture: Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-platform strategies that guide users from discovery on Pinterest to conversion on Meta.
  • Team Mentorship: Directly manage and professionalize a team of Paid Social Specialists. You will be responsible for their output, career growth, and technical training.
  • Process Excellence: Standardize the agency’s "trafficking" workflow to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in campaign setup across all accounts.
  • Standard Setting: Audit account setups and reporting structures to ensure the highest level of execution across the department.
  • Strategic Consulting: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, translating technical metrics into business outcomes.
  • High-Level Reporting: Oversee the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). While you may delegate some data pulling, you own the Excel pivot tables and the "story" the data tells.
